We begin by discussing your initial ideas such as the article of furniture you are interested in, your likes & dislikes, the wood from which it could be made etc. Should you not be sure what you want please contact me so we can discuss it and perhaps come up with an idea between us. Examples of my work can be found on the following pages of this website. Most of my furniture is made to order and can therefore be made to the size and design that you require. All the prices in this website are given as guidance and may vary depending on materials used, size and design etc.
Commissioning a piece of furniture
provide you with sketches of the ideas I have come up with and a rough idea of the cost. I will then develop the sketch you choose and work out the price. Once you have approved the design I will then ask for a 40% deposit before providing detailed drawings and buying the wood. Very large jobs will require a further interim payment with the balance due on completion.
