         David J. Paddison is a bespoke furniture maker specialising in free standing furniture. Examples of my work can be found on the following pages of this website. Most of my furniture is made to order and can therefore be made to the size and design that you require. All the prices in this website are given as guidance and may vary depending on materials used, size and design etc.

Commissioning a piece of furniture

you with sketches of the ideas I have come up with and a rough idea of the cost. If you like one of the sketches I will develop the idea and work out the price. If you are still happy with the design I will then ask for a 40% deposit before I go on to do detailed drawings and buy the wood. If it is a very large job I may go on to ask for a further interim payment with the balance due on completion.

         You are welcome to visit my workshop but it would be best to telephone first in case I am not there to save you a wasted journey.
